Job summary

democracyFIRST is hiring a Field Organizer for Wisconsin, operating on-site in Appleton and Green Bay. The role supports GOTV efforts, requires weekend/evening work, and offers a rate of $25 to $31.25 per hour.

Start as soon as possible, with end date of November 3, 2026, reporting to the Regional Organizing Director. Applicants should have campaign or organizing experience, strong Google Workspace skills, and the ability to work independently according to a field plan.

Qualifications

• At least 1 election cycle or 1 year of organizing or managing experience.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
• Must have reliable transportation and weekend/evening availability.

• Be accountable to metric goals and the field plan.

• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
