Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with grassroots fundraising and/or organizing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and proactively communicate.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational fundraising campaigns.
• Oversee donor engagement and stewardship activities.
• Manage CRM donor database for accuracy and reporting.
• Develop donor communications to connect supporters.
• Research and identify new grant opportunities.
• Write and submit grant proposals.
• Cultivate funder relationships and educate them.
