• Drive grassroots campaigns and mobilize TRA members on key policy issues
• Recruit, train, and support industry advocates across Texas
• Coordinate advocacy efforts statewide across four metro offices and 23 chapters
• Support advocacy fundraising—including donor recognition and report management
• Plan and execute events like legislative days, trainings, fundraisers, and roundtables
• Track legislation and assist with public affairs content and member support
• Represent TRA with professionalism and enthusiasm in a variety of settings
