Job summary

National Salvage & Service Corporation is seeking an experienced Grapple Truck operator with a Class A or B CDL to work outdoors and travel as needed. You will operate a rear-mounted grapple and support demolition and loading projects across sites.

The role offers a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with safety, accuracy, and reliable paperwork as priorities. Candidates must have hands-on experience with knuckle boom or grapple systems and be able to work long hours in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Experience operating knuckle boom, log loader or grapple.
• Class A or B CDL is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and random tests after hiring.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Picking up powerline poles using rear mounted log loader boom.
• Loading trucks or rail cars in a fast-paced environment.
• Operating a chainsaw.
• Removing debris at sites using log loader boom.
• Filling out daily paperwork.
• Ability to use a smartphone, GPS, and Electronic Logging Device.
