Job summary

Tarkett Sports is seeking an experienced Graphics Tufting Supervisor to lead our Graphics Tufting team in the artificial turf production facility. The role oversees daily tufting and coating operations, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets while coaching and developing specialists.

You will schedule manpower, coordinate with production planning, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical cert preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing or tufting, with lead or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and safety accountability across shifts.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SAP/Oracle/Workday/ADP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Graphics Tufting operators to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Schedule manpower and coordinate with planning based on orders.
• Train, coach, and develop team members on tufting and coating equipment.
• Monitor KPIs, review performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials and ensure up-to-date work procedures.
