Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Graphics Specialist in Celina, Ohio. You will work with multiple departments to support the assigned product line, handling designs and mark-ups and ensuring timelines are met.

You may coordinate training for other associates as needed. This first shift position emphasizes clear communication and strong graphic skills, including knowledge of printing processes, color theory, and software like QuarkXpress and Adobe Acrobat.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design certification, classes, or degree preferred.
• Knowledge of QuarkXpress, DDS, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Effective communication skills – verbally, written and visually.
• Understanding of printing processes, color theory and design preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to proofread work with the customer specifications.

Job description

As a Graphics Specialist, you will be responsible for working with several other departments to support your assigned product line. In addition to working on designs and mark-ups related to your products, you will also instruct and coordinate all activities related to your product line. When necessary, you will also provide other associates with training. This position requires working closely with teammates to keep them up-to-date on the product line needs and ensuring timelines are met. This is a first shift position.
