HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Graphics Specialist II to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role supports the creation, development, and integration of high-quality graphics for contract deliverables, presentations, and technical documents.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and update presentation graphics to improve document quality and usability.
• Integrate graphics generated with automated tools into final deliverable documents.
• Oversee graphics design, system setup, and operations of computer graphic systems.
• Execute graphic projects, managing timelines and coordinating production support.
• Work with outside vendors as needed for graphic production.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to user satisfaction.
• Interface with users to determine project scope and ideal graphic medium.
• Lead and direct complex projects, applying expertise in graphics systems and applications such as desktop publishing, CAD, GIS, HTML, multimedia, and design tools.

What We're Looking For:

• 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
• Strong familiarity with industry concepts, practices, and procedures related to graphics production.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and lead graphics projects with minimal supervision.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required; must be eligible to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

• Experience with cross-functional graphics integration for government or defense-related projects.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop high-impact visual content.
• Strong judgment in applying graphic design principles to enhance technical documents.
