Job summary

DISTYLL Graphic Solutions is seeking a Graphic Installation Coordinator to join our team in Michigan. You will support the development and improvement of installation management processes, coordinate with internal teams, contractors and customers, and ensure projects are scheduled and executed on time.

You will document project status, identify risks, and communicate effectively to protect project budgets and client commitments while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination with experience considered.
• Experience in project or program management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of installation management processes.
• Participate in and support project planning meetings.
• Coordinate with internal team, contractors and customers to schedule and execute projects.
• Document and communicate project status to keep clients informed.

We are currently seeking a Graphic Installation Coordinator

• Support the development and improvement of graphic installation management processes.

• Identify and avoid risks for successful project completion.
• Respond to and resolve project issues to maintain client commitment.
• Proactive communication of risks to project budget and profitability targets.
