As a graphic production designer and a member of the creative team, ninety6, within marketing, you will manage your own projects and collaborate with our design team on complex, multi-component projects. Your responsibilities will include layout design, digital, and print production for campaigns, events, reference materials, merchandise, and more. You’ll ensure brand consistency by applying brand standards to documents and guaranteeing the highest quality output. In this role, you’ll create, edit, optimize, prepare, and bring to life materials that enable us to communicate effectively with our consumers, customers, agents, community, and employees.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area, to be considered.

Must-have Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of two years related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical field experience in agency or corporate environment
• Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design discipline or higher or related field of study (e.g., Graphic Art, Digital, Visual Communications Design, Technology, and Integrated Media) and minimum of one year of related work experience in graphic design and/or production/creative-technical field experience
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.) as well as working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Figma
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership over projects from both a design, production, and project management perspective
• Experience with design and production for print and digital platforms
• Experience with photography post-production, and light video editing
• Experience creating slide presentations for various audiences
  
  

Compensation

• $47,700 - $72,200/year depending on position level and experience
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
