As a digital production designer at ninety6, you will lead your own projects and work closely with our design team on intricate, multi-piece projects for internal stakeholders and external audiences. You'll oversee digital and print production for campaigns, events, reference materials, merchandise, and more. Your role will involve applying brand standards to deliverables to ensure brand consistency and top-quality output. Additionally, you'll create, edit, optimize, prepare, and bring to life digital and print content that helps us effectively engage with our consumers, customers, community, and employees.

This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside in the Cleveland, Ohio area, to be considered.

Must-have qualifications

  • High school diploma / GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of three years related work experience in graphic design and / or production / creative-technical field experience
  • Associate's degree or higher in Graphic Design discipline or related field of study (e.g., Graphic Art, Digital, Visual Communications Design, Technology, and Integrated Media) and minimum of two years of related work experience in graphic design and / or production / creative-technical field experience

Preferred skills

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XD, etc.) andproficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage projectsfrom both production and project management perspectives
  • Experience with light video editing and animation
  • Experience with creating slide presentationsfor diverse audiences
  • Experience with photography and post-production

Compensation

  • 54,200 - $79,500 / year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 16%- 24% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
  • 401(k) with dollar-for-dollar company match up to 6%
