Job summary

AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls is seeking an onsite Sign Installer to produce, install, and maintain signs and banners, with potential training in vehicle wrap installations. The role includes reading work orders, site preparation, sign mounting, and collaboration with sales and design to meet customer specifications.

You will follow safety procedures, record installation data, and travel to installation sites as needed.

• Strongly preferred is previous sign and/or graphics installation experience

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to determine the specifications and requirements for sign installation.
• Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking surfaces and ensuring that they are clean and free from debris.
• Install and mount signs using a variety of tools and techniques, such as drilling, screwing, and gluing.
• Repair and maintain existing signs, including replacing broken or damaged parts and ensuring that they are clean and functional.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure that sign installation meets customer and industry standards.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and other workers.
• Record installation data and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
• Drive company vehicles to transport signs and equipment to installation sites.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sign installation processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge of sign installation techniques and safety protocols.

Job Details: Job Location: IDAHO FALLS, ID 83401, Salary Range: $17.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Our large format area is a critical part of our business because of the types of products and services we can provide a customer. This position is an operator type role in the large format department where you will be producing a number of signs and banners for customers. The role will also be used to help with installations onsite at a customer location and be crossed trained in vehicle wraps if that is something the right candidate is willing to learn.

Work Schedules and Arrangements

Onsite position

Hourly - $17-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Hours 8am-530 Monday through Friday
