Job summary

AlphaGraphics Northbrook / Deerfield is seeking a physically capable installer for signs, vehicle wraps and large format tasks. The role may include 2nd shift (2pm–9pm) and is onsite in Idaho Falls.

You will read orders, prepare sites, measure accurately, and install using drills, screws, and adhesives while maintaining safety and quality standards. Attention to detail and computer comfort help track installations, with opportunities for cross-training across large format projects.

Qualifications

• Strong sign/graphics installation preferred.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow customer specs and SOPs.
• Reliable to work scheduled shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work orders to determine installation specs.
• Prepare sites by measuring, marking, and cleaning surfaces.
• Install and mount signs using drilling, screwing, and gluing.
• Repair and maintain existing signs and remove damaged parts.
• Collaborate with sales and design to meet standards.
• Follow safety procedures and report KPIs to management.
• Drive company vehicles to installation sites.
• Record installation data and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in training to improve skills and safety knowledge.

Our large format area is a critical part of our business because of the types of products and services we can provide a customer. This position will focus on vehicle wraps but will also be crossed trained as needed in a varity of install and large format tasks so they can stay busy and work where customer order volume exists.We are looking for an individual that has an eye for detail, is mechanically inclined, is able to solve complex problems, is comfortable working on computers, is able to use a tape measure accurately, and physically able to be on your feet all day, lift products and work on items over you head.
