5.11 is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to take concepts through final execution across print and digital channels. You’ll design a wide range of materials and collaborate with copywriters, photographers, stylists, and marketers to bring campaigns to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Experience designing for websites, email, digital advertising.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and HTML for digital creatives.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
• Ability to apply brand guidelines across formats.
• Collaborative and cross-functional team player.
• Knowledge of current design trends and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into visual designs.
• Design print and digital marketing materials across channels.
• Partner with copywriters, photographers, stylists, designers, marketing partners, printers, and cross-functional teams.
• Interpret briefs and stakeholder needs to deliver impactful designs.
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs through approvals.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and timelines with leads.
• Contribute ideas throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with designers to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with tracking and proofing.
• Ensure final work aligns with brand standards and is production-ready.
