5.11 is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer who can take ideas from concept through final execution across both print and digital channels. Born in Yosemite, forged in Quantico and built for adventure, the brand emphasizes performance, durability, and versatility.

We look for a designer with a strong portfolio across print and digital, plus experience with websites, email, and digital advertising. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio across print and digital design.
• Experience designing for websites, email, digital ads, and other digital channels.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and HTML.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
• Strong branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to apply brand guidelines across formats.
• Collaborative and cross-functional team experience.
• Up-to-date with design trends and industry software.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Design print and digital materials: ads, emails, web assets, catalogs, packaging.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, stylists, and printers.
• Interpret briefs and stakeholder needs into design solutions.
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs through approvals.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and timelines with leads.
• Contribute ideas throughout the design process.
• Maintain consistency and elevate overall quality of work.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with accurate proofing.
• Ensure final work aligns with brand standards for production.
