5.11, Inc. is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer to take concepts from ideation to final execution across print and digital channels.

You will craft visuals for advertising, catalogs, packaging, and store materials while upholding brand standards. You will collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and project managers to deliver impactful designs, iterate based on feedback, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing for websites, email, digital advertising and other digital channels.
• Working knowledge of responsive design and HTML as it relates to digital creative.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Design a wide range of print and digital marketing materials including digital advertising, email, website assets, catalogs, and more.
• Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, stylists, designers, and printers to bring projects to life.
• Interpret briefs and stakeholder needs to develop design solutions with strong visual impact.
