Job summary

Beast Industries is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join its Viral Marketing team in Greenville, NC. You will turn concepts into compelling visual assets, build brand bibles, and craft typography systems to support campaigns and launches across multiple channels.

You'll collaborate with Art Directors and Writers to execute fast, scalable visuals, maintain brand integrity, and leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration without sacrificing craft.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating highly skilled graphic design, typography, composition, and visual systems.
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• Experience designing for YouTube, entertainment, gaming, or social-first brands.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for Viral Marketing initiatives across campaigns, social content, product launches, partnerships, and presentations.
• Develop logo marks, typography systems, brand bibles, and visual languages for various channels.
• Execute visual ideas quickly and accurately based on direction from Art Directors and Writers.
• Design high performing YouTube thumbnails while applying a deep understanding of social media visual hierarchy.
• Adapt visual systems across YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, digital, physical, and partner environments.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while maintaining quality against aggressive timelines.
• Maintain organized working files, design systems, templates, and final assets to support efficient collaboration.
• Proficiently utilize generative AI tools to accelerate visual exploration and enhance execution.

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is a highly skilled visual executor within Viral Marketing. Working alongside Art Directors and Writers, you will turn concepts, campaigns, and business initiatives into compelling visual communication. Your role is heavily focused on creating design languages across our various channels. The work spans logo marks, visual systems, YouTube thumbnails, comprehensive brand bibles, and more. You will help execute the visual direction of our content while ensuring every asset aligns with our overarching brand identity.

The Role

You will own the design and visual execution for assigned Viral Marketing initiatives. You will take established ideas and translate them into high quality finished assets. While you will not be responsible for concepting the core ideas for our video content, you will be expected to concept and design the visual languages and brand bibles that support them. Success in this role means designing exceptionally fast, maintaining a strong grasp of our visual language, and producing distinctive work that scales across platforms.

What You’ll Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating highly skilled graphic design, typography, composition, and visual systems.
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere.
• An understanding of YouTube thumbnail design and the visual language of creator led brands.
• The ability to design incredibly fast while maintaining high standards of craft.
• Demonstrated ability to build out complete brand bibles and visual systems rather than just individual assets.
• Experience designing for YouTube, entertainment, gaming, or social first brands.
• The ability to receive direct feedback, iterate quickly, and focus heavily on internal execution.
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools, including Gemini and Midjourney, as a tool for rapid visual exploration and efficient asset production.
• Ability to illustrate, storyboard, composite, or otherwise visualize ideas before production is a plus.

The base salary for this role ranges from $91,000 - $114,000, plus an annual target bonus and eligibility for our employee equity plan, plus comprehensive benefits.
