Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a Graphic Designer to provide full design support to the Marketing department in Sugar Hill, GA. You will produce marketing collateral, proposals, brochures, and digital/print materials while ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.

You must have 3–5 years in marketing within the A/E/C sector, with strong communication and collaboration skills and advanced Adobe Suite proficiency. Canva is also required, and a strong portfolio is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of professional Marketing experience working in the A/E/C industry or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable taking direction from and presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Canva is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand execution across print and digital formats.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for providing full graphic design support to the Marketing department with key company project, pursuit, and collateral materials.
• Design and produce marketing collateral (proposals, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, trade show materials); consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with proposal team and project champions to create unique branding and compelling graphics to support project and pursuit strategy, often under proposal deadlines, and assist with assembly when needed.
• Produce and manage graphics for both digital/print collateral materials utilized to market the Company internally and externally.
