Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Sugar Hill, GA team. You will provide comprehensive design support to the Marketing department for project pursuits and collateral materials.

You will design proposals, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, and trade show assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while collaborating with teams to meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3–5 years of professional marketing experience in the A/E/C industry or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Provide full graphic design support to the Marketing department for project and collateral materials.
• Design and produce marketing collateral (proposals, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, trade show materials) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with proposal team to create branding and graphics under deadlines, assisting with assembly as needed.
• Produce and manage graphics for digital/print collateral used to market the company internally and externally.
• Stay current on design trends and software.

What Can You Expect

• This position is responsible for providing full graphic design support to the Marketing department with key company project, pursuit, and collateral materials.
• Design and produce marketing collateral (proposals, brochures, presentations, ads, signage, trade show materials); consistent with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with proposal team and project champions to create unique branding and compelling graphics to support project and pursuit strategy, often under proposal deadlines, and assist with assembly when needed.
• Produce and manage graphics for both digital/print collateral materials utilized to market the Company internally and externally.
• Stay current on design trends and software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

What You Bring to the Table

• Must have 3-5 years of professional Marketing experience working in the A/E/C industry or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable taking direction from and presenting concepts to non-design stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Canva is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand execution across print and digital formats.
