Job summary

ALO in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Graphic Designer, Paid Creative to support performance-driven creative across Alo's paid media channels. You will report to the Associate Design Director and help produce best-in-class creative that elevates the Alo brand.

You have 1–3 years of digital design experience with a portfolio including paid advertising work, and you are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut.

OVERVIEW

As the Graphic Designer, Paid Creative, you will report directly to the Associate Design Director and support the execution of performance-driven creative across Alo's paid media channels. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for elevated, effective design and a strong visual understanding of the Alo brand. You are passionate about crafting impactful paid advertising campaigns and will work closely with the growth team to produce best-in-class creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Creating quick-turn, social-first video content for paid platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
• Designing evergreen ad creative for always-on campaigns.
• Adapting and resizing designs across affiliate banners and ad placements while keeping brand consistency.
• Partnering with the design and growth teams to execute projects within brief, timeline, and brand guidelines, incorporating feedback as needed.
• Keeping an eye on design and social trends and sharing ideas with the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience as a junior or digital designer, with a portfolio that includes paid advertising work or similar designs for digital channels.
• Experience creating short-form video for TikTok, Meta, or other social platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate and display ad specs, and the ability to work efficiently across many sizes and formats.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, etc) Figma, CapCut.
• Basic understanding of motion design and animation software. (After Effects)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
