ALO in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a Graphic Designer, Paid Creative to support performance-driven creative across Alo's paid media channels. You will report to the Associate Design Director and help produce best-in-class creative that elevates the Alo brand.

You have 1–3 years of digital design experience with a portfolio including paid advertising work, and you are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, CapCut.

• Portfolio with paid advertising work for digital channels.
• 1–3 years as a junior or digital designer.
• Experience creating short-form video for social platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate and display ad specs across sizes.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut; basic motion design knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital ads.
• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Meta.
• Design evergreen ad creative for always-on campaigns.
• Adapt and resize designs for affiliate banners and placements.
• Collaborate with design and growth teams within briefs and timelines.
• Monitor trends and share ideas with the team.
