Qualifications

• Experience with template-based layouts for print and digital materials.

Responsibilities

• Produce AO-branded visual products (flyers, infographics, forms, charts, presentations) using templates.
• Follow AO Style Manual typography, color, logos, and structure.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files and package InDesign assets for handoff.
• Maintain AO digital asset library with proper naming and metadata conventions.
• Apply basic Section 508 tagging and ensure production-ready materials.
