Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer to support the AO/PPD with entry-level graphic production and template-based layouts for publications, forms, and presentations. You will prepare files for print and digital use, maintain digital assets, and apply basic Section 508 tagging while following established branding standards.

This on-site role in Washington, DC requires adherence to AO style, accurate packaging, and collaboration with senior designers to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Graphic production and template-based layout skills for print and digital visuals.
• Apply branding, formatting standards, templates, and document structure consistently.
• Prepare and preflight production files, including fonts, links, color modes, and resolution.
• Organize and maintain digital assets with naming, folders, and metadata conventions.
• Apply basic Section 508 tagging and work with AO production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce AO-branded visuals: flyers, infographics, forms, charts, presentations, and templates.
• Format content using AO templates while maintaining consistency across materials.
• Maintain production-ready templates and continuity files for surge coverage.
• Assist senior designers with production tasks, handoffs, revisions, and templates.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files and package INDD projects for archiving.
