Job summary

Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) supports the Department of Transportation’s multimedia modernization by delivering professional video production, livestreaming, podcasting, AV support, and animation for Section 508-compliant communications.

The role focuses on visual design, print cost estimation, and technical guidance for agency projects with travel for on-site production. Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and knowledge of federal procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of printing/binding processes and Federal Procurement Regulations (Title 44).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Enfocus Pitstop Pro, and XMPie.
• Ability to develop visual media that complies with strict agency branding and graphic standards.

Responsibilities

• Visual Design: Design artwork for digital displays, social media, and hardcopy publications.
• Print Management: Estimate costs for printing/graphics procurement; create bid specifications; and manage GPO contract regulations.
• Technical Advisory: Provide guidance to agency customers on production methods, cost estimates, and delivery schedules.
• Digital Display: Manage the agency's digital display systems (monitors/signage) ensuring all files are formatted for proper playback.
• Accessibility: Ensure all digital graphic assets are fully Section 508 compliant.
