Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) supports the Department of Transportation’s multimedia modernization by delivering professional video production, livestreaming, podcasting, AV support, and animation for Section 508-compliant communications.

The role focuses on visual design, print cost estimation, and technical guidance for agency projects with travel for on-site production. Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and knowledge of federal procurement are required.

Position Overview

DOT is modernizing its multimedia operations by creating a centralized, shared-services media center to support the Office of the Secretary and DOT agencies. The effort will provide professional video production, livestreaming, podcasting, AV support, and animation to deliver consistent, high-impact, Section 508-compliant communications across the Department.

Essential Job Function

Travel

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT)/Office of the Secretary (OST) expects Contractors to be available for travel, as needed for on-site production with USDOT leadership. Travel is estimated at 60% for East Coast locations, 20% for Midwest locations, and 20% for West Coast locations.

COMPENSATION / SALARY RANGE

STI-TECadheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.
