Job summary

Macho Marketing, serving The Continental Automotive Group, seeks a capable Graphic Designer to translate concepts into compelling assets for digital and print media. You will pitch ideas to dealership clients, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and campaign goals.

With 2–4 years of professional design experience and a degree in a relevant field, you will craft layouts, typography, and visuals for social, web, and print, while collaborating with printers and partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or automotive industry experience is a major plus).
• Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and preparing files for commercial print.
• Knowledge of HTML and web-based design principles is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & design assets for campaigns across social media, digital ads, billboards, POP displays, and emails.
• Present design concepts to dealership stakeholders and align with brand guidelines and sales goals.
• Confidently field client feedback and translate it into prompt, effective design changes.
• Coordinate with external partners—printers, radio stations, and brand reps—to ensure precise delivery of assets.
• Assist the wider marketing team with events and dynamic tasks as needed.

We are looking for a talented and adaptable Graphic Designer to join our creative team and drive the visual success of our automotive campaigns.The RoleAs a Graphic Designer at Macho Marketing, you will be the visual voice of our dealerships. You will take concepts from brainstorming to execution, producing high-quality deliverables across digital and traditional mediums.
