Job summary

Groundworks,Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking a driven Graphic Designer to join our North American team. You will design print, digital, email, and web assets, maintaining brand identity across multiple locations and campaigns.

The role requires a polished portfolio, 2+ years of professional design experience, and strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and contribute to large-format print and vehicle wrap projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related visual arts.
• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Strong command of fundamental design principles and typography.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with print production and digital media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from start to finish with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design, scale, and rebrand print materials (ads, flyers, banners).
• Design digital graphics (banners, social, email, web assets).
• Develop logos and infographics for Marketing and internal teams.
• Create templates for company-wide use and maintain asset library.
• Edit photos for print and digital graphics.
