Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, seeks a Graphic Designer to design print and digital assets across locations. You’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager of Graphic Design to uphold brand identity and standards for multiple locations.

The role requires a self-starter, strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe CC on macOS; comfort with fast-paced projects and evolving tech is needed. At least 2 years in design and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong command of fundamental design principles and a compelling portfolio.
• Experience with print and digital media, typography, layout and composition.
• Mac-based creative environment experience; Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.
• Experience with large format print production and vehicle wrap design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects from start to finish with stakeholders.
• Partially or fully manage specific department/channel project needs.
• Design, scale, and rebrand print materials including publication ads, direct mailers, internal flyers, billboards, large-format signs.
• Design, scale, and rebrand digital graphics including display web banners, social media graphics, email layouts, website campaign assets.
• Develop logos and custom infographics for Marketing and internal departments.
• Create graphic and presentation templates for company-wide use.
• Photo edit and manipulate images for print and digital graphics.
• Assist in building, maintaining, and managing a design asset library, brand standards, and guidelines.
• Adhere to budgets, timelines, and work plans to ensure efforts support departmental and company objectives.
• Assists with file organization within our digital asset management platform, Air.
• Assists with any other design and creative tasks as they arise.
