Compass Senior Living – Eugene, OR is seeking a Graphic Designer to support our communities and Home Office with on-brand visuals across print and digital formats. You will independently manage multiple projects, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with community teams, regional leaders, vendors, and other designers to deliver creative solutions on time.

The role requires attention to detail, organized project management, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design or visual communications preferred or required.
• Professional graphic design experience in print and digital materials.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong layout, branding, and production skills.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations; senior living or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple graphic design projects with clear priorities and timelines.
• Review requests, create proofs, manage revisions, and secure approvals.
• Maintain brand assets, templates, and resources across communities.
• Develop community campaign materials and event graphics.
• Prepare production files and coordinate vendor processes.
• Provide training and support for design processes and platforms.
• Provide weekly status updates and manage project documentation.
