Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Three to five years of professional graphic design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, design, revise, and deliver all customer-facing and internal graphic design materials in a timely manner.
• Catalogue and archive all graphic materials for future, current, and past needs.
• Assist marketing to develop or improve branding, messaging, or strategy.
• Collaborate with Sterling staff on graphic design and marketing needs.
• Edit original and stock photography to adhere to branding.
• Project management to ensure deadlines are met.
• Experience in WordPress is preferred but not required.
