About The Role

We are seeking a talented Associate Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a fully remote position, and we are looking for candidates located within the U.S. to facilitate communication with internal teams and clients. As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating digital and print assets that bring our clients' marketing strategies to life. This is a production-focused role, ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the design field. Responsibilities

1. Join client Discovery calls to gather design preferences, goals, and brand insights.
2. Conduct research into client industries and competitors to inform design work.
3. Produce digital assets such as websites, emails, social media graphics, and digital ads.
4. Design print materials including brochures, flyers, signage, and other marketing collateral.
5. Support branding projects by researching visual trends and assisting in developing logos, typography, and color palettes.
6. Resize and adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms.
7. Help prepare and organize creative assets for client presentations.
8. Occasionally assist with presenting work to clients, alongside senior designers.
9. Stay updated on design trends and AI tools to keep work fresh and relevant.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 1+ years of professional design experience.
3. A portfolio showcasing a range of strong digital and print work.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Express).
5. Basic understanding of web design principles (experience with WordPress or Webflow is a plus).
6. Familiarity with AI tools for design (Firefly, DALL-E, Midjourney, Canva AI tools) and a keen interest in learning more.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
8. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual.
9. Ability to follow creative direction and produce high-quality, on-brand work efficiently.
10. Ability to take constructive feedback positively and iterate quickly.
