Position Summary:

In this hourly Associate Graphic Designer position, you will be responsible for creating designs according to branding guidelines by having a keen eye for detail, improving design tasks, being open to learning, and conceptualizing designs that promote the company’s vision.

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?

• Experience in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related Adobe products), Acrobat Pro or comparable software
• Experience in Graphic Design
• Reputation for quality graphic work
• Critical, strategic and innovative thinking skills
• Self-motivated and energetic self-starter
• Ability to communicate effectively, (both written and oral)
• Excellent computer, telephone, organizational and project management skill sets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines

Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU?

• Develops and implements highly creative materials that represent the Benco Dental brand and effectively promote the company's diverse product and service offerings
• Works in collaboration with cross functional project teams (e.g. project managers, copywriters, and vendors) to conceptualize and execute effective creative solutions - from concept through final production for a broad base of internal clients
• Collaborates with the video/photography team on creative assets
• Creates innovative graphics for brochures, flyers, social media, and website content
• Creates innovative print media for distribution to prospects
• Assists in the production of content for email campaigns as needed
• Assists in general everyday marketing activities as needed
• Maintains high productivity and accuracy, while completing assignments in a timely manner
• Assists with design projects including the implementation of brochures, mailers, catalogs, logos, package designs, publication covers, web ads and misc. projects
• Works as part of cross functional teams to plan, analyze and recommend creative techniques and executions, using color, images, typography, photography, illustrations, animation, materials, and various layout techniques
• Collaborates with Creative Lead to evaluate design solutions for compliance with project specifications, brand identity and strategic marketing goals
• Prepares and transmits/delivers production files to external vendors

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

• Residency Requirement: Currently located within 1 hour of Pittston, PA for onsite work
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communications, related field, or equivalent education/experience
• Experience: 1-3 years; Digital Photography experience preferred
