Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Bisbee, AZ seeks a Creative Designer to turn briefs into original designs for the Casino and Sportsbook brands across digital and print. You’ll collaborate with the Design Manager to realize briefs, contribute ideas, and use AI tools to speed production while preserving quality.

You’ll be expert in the Adobe suite, typography and layout, and you’ll design for responsive, mobile-first layouts across web, email, social, display, app and print.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into original design for Casino and Sportsbook brands across digital and print.
• Collaborate with Design Manager to realize briefs and contribute ideas.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline workflow without reducing quality.
• Ensure brand guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Design for responsive, mobile-first layouts across channels.
• Scale concepts across sizes and locales while preserving intent.
• Build from master templates and design systems for easy handoff.
• Quality check work before review.
• Manage queue in Jira and flag capacity risks.
• Produce motion assets with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
