Bally's Interactive is seeking a design-focused professional to transform briefs into distinctive visuals for casino and sportsbook brands, across digital and print channels. You will collaborate with the Design Manager to expand creative options and maintain high quality using AI tools while adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes mobile-first design, multi-channel production, and fast, accurate delivery of assets.

Qualifications

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent command of typography, layout, imagery, and hierarchy, with a sharp eye for detail.
Hands-on with AI and automation, with the judgment to know when they add value.
Knows production specs and mobile-first principles across web, email, social, display, app, and print.
Delivers accurate work to tight deadlines across a high volume of requests.
Excellent communicator who can interrogate a brief, explain creative decisions, and iterate on feedback.

Responsibilities

Turn briefs into original design/content for Casino and Sportsbook brands across digital and print.
Collaborate with Design Manager to realise and enhance briefs, offering creative options.
Use AI/automation tools to streamline production without compromising quality.
Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Design for responsive, mobile-first layouts and multiple channels, including print.
