Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking a design-focused professional to turn briefs into original creative for casino and sportsbook brands across digital and print. You will collaborate with the Design Manager to realize the vision, leverage AI and automation to accelerate workflows, and ensure assets comply with brand and regulatory standards.

The role requires expert Adobe Creative Suite skills, typography/ layout excellence, and the ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expert in typography, layout, imagery and hierarchy with a sharp eye for detail.
• Hands-on with AI and automation, knowing when they add value.
• Knows production specs and mobile-first principles across web, email, social, display, app and print.
• Delivers accurate work to tight deadlines across a high volume of requests.
• Excellent communicator who can explain design decisions to non-designers.

Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into original design for Casino and Sportsbook brands across digital and print.
• Collaborate with requester and Design Manager to realize and enhance creative vision.
• Use AI/tools to shorten turnaround without lowering quality.
• Ensure materials conform to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Design for responsive, mobile-first layouts across platforms and print specs.
• Scale concepts across sizes, formats and channels; localize where needed.
• Build from templates and design systems; maintain clean file structures.
• Quality check own work prior to review—copy, sizing, localization, accuracy.
• Manage queue in Jira and flag capacity risks early.
• Produce motion/video assets using Premiere Pro and After Effects when required.
