Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Graphic Designer to create the work behind Bally Bet and MONOPOLY Casino across North America. You’ll turn briefs into distinctive creative for digital and print, from campaigns to CRM, across social, app, web, and OOH, while using AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.

You'll collaborate with the Design Manager, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, and deliver on tight deadlines with a high-volume workflow.

Qualifications

3+ years in a designer role for brand, in-house studio or agency.
Portfolio showing cross-channel, visually inventive work.
Experience applying brand guidelines across channels and markets.
Experience or comfort with AI/automation in design workflows is preferred.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and digital platform considerations.

Responsibilities

Turn briefs into original design content for digital and print across brands.
Collaborate with requesters and Design Manager to expand creative options.
Use AI/automation tools to improve speed while maintaining quality.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Design responsive, mobile‑first layouts across platforms (web, email, social, app, print).
Scale concepts across sizes and channels while preserving intent.
Build from templates and design systems for easy handoff and reuse.
Quality check materials before review for accuracy and localization.
Manage workload in Jira and flag capacity or brief issues early.
Produce motion assets with Premiere Pro and After Effects when needed.
