Job Title: Graphic Designer 5

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $54.62 - $58.85

What's the Job?

Create graphics, illustrations, icons, and motion treatments from agreed briefs for AI products and supporting materials. Combine product interface elements with graphics and animation to explain ideas, highlight product moments, and improve clarity across experiences. Apply and extend the existing visual identity across product experiences, presentations, and customer-facing materials. Explore multiple visual options within a brief, refine them through feedback, and deliver finished work reliably. Use AI-assisted workflows and reusable assets to reduce repeated work while maintaining quality and consistency with the design system.

What's Needed?

Strong visual craft across typography, color, layout, hierarchy, visual storytelling, iconography, and foundational visual design. Demonstrated illustration experience within a broader brand or design system, with a portfolio showing work at scale and clear case studies. Motion design experience is required, alongside graphic design and illustration skills; motion and animation should be integrated into the overall visual approach. Ability to combine different visual media (illustration, graphics, motion, and product interface elements) into cohesive deliverables. Practical fluency with AI-assisted creative tools, including good judgment to select, refine, and finish outputs rather than relying on generation alone.
