Job summary

Binance.US is hiring a Graphic Designer for a 3-month contract to produce high-quality static, digital, and motion assets that bring our brand to life across channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and design teams to deliver clear, brand-aligned visuals for campaigns and events.

You should have a 2+ year track record in graphic design, strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a solid understanding of typography, layout, and digital production best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in graphic/marketing design or similar creative production role.
• Experience with fintech/crypto or fast-paced digital environments preferred.
• Proficiency with Figma, templates, components, and libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static graphics and visual content for lifecycle marketing, social media, website, and campaigns.
• Translate briefs into polished visuals aligned with brand standards.

About This Role:

The Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract) is part of the Marketing team and reports to our Director, Marketing. This is a 3-month contract role subject to extension. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality static, digital, and motion assets that bring Binance.US brand, product, marketing, and growth campaign content to life. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Product Design, and other cross-functional partners to deliver clear, engaging, and brand-aligned creative across customer-facing channels.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static graphics and visual content for lifecycle marketing, social media, website, performance marketing, product marketing, campaigns, offline events, and other customer-facing channels.

• Translate creative briefs, content outlines, and campaign concepts into polished visual deliverables that are clear, accurate, accessible, and aligned with Binance.US brand standards.

• Apply strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, imagery, and visual storytelling while following established brand guidelines.

• Create and maintain reusable design templates, components, and visual assets that support efficient production and consistency across marketing channels.

• Collaborate with content, social, product marketing, growth, and legal/compliance partners to incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and deliver creative assets on time in a fast-moving environment.

• Maintain organized working files, templates, design components, exports, and asset libraries to support efficient handoff, version control, and reuse across channels.

• Apply strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, color, motion timing, and visual storytelling while following established brand guidelines.

• Support production needs across multiple formats and specifications, including resizing, adapting, and optimizing creative assets for platform, channel, and campaign requirements.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, marketing design, or a related creative production role; experience in fintech, crypto, financial services, technology, or another fast-paced digital environment is preferred.

• Figma experience strongly preferred, including ability to work with templates, components, shared libraries, and collaborative design workflows.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and digital production best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, including ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while advocating for design best practices.

• Portfolio demonstrating strong production design capabilities and execution across multiple digital formats.

Salary:

The starting pay range for this role will vary and is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skill sets, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change.
