Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) seeks an accomplished senior program analyst to provide expert consultation to senior management and project teams within the Industry & Analysis unit.

The role develops strategic solutions to complex organizational challenges, conducts research for white papers and strategic plans, and leads assessments aligning structures and performance metrics to agency goals. Experience with high-visibility initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Minimum of twenty (20) years of specialized management experience.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and executive-level consulting.

Position Overview

The Industry & Analysis unit within ITA provides critical insight and actionable intelligence to advance U.S. economic competitiveness, strengthen domestic industries, and ensure supply chain resiliency. To meet these objectives, I&A requires specialized program analysts and subject matter experts to address complex business challenges, manage evolving program requirements, and support the development and implementation of high-priority initiatives.

Compensation / Salary Range

STI-TECadheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc.

Salary Range $145K - $175K Annual Salary
