Sole Strategies is hiring a Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for political campaigns and progressive organizations. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with strong design skills and a passion for progressive values. This is a remote position, with opportunities to work across a wide range of campaigns and causes.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, mailers, logos, branding kits, and campaign literature.

• Work collaboratively with communications, digital, and field teams to translate campaign messaging into visual storytelling.

• Ensure all designs align with client branding, messaging, and compliance guidelines.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

• Adapt designs for various platforms and screen sizes.

• Maintain organized design files and version control across projects.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, political messaging, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a political or advocacy setting.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design styles and deliverables.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• Ability to receive and implement feedback in a collaborative environment.

• A strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and accessibility.

• Commitment to progressive values and Democratic political work.
