What We’re Seeking:
5280 Brands is looking for a creative, versatile, and execution-focused Graphic Designer to elevate the visual identity and customer conversion across three of our wellness brands: R&R, Summit, and Orinoco (launching Q1 2026). This role is ideal for a design professional with sharp visual instincts and a well-rounded skill set across both digital and print mediums.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, conversion-driven assets across a wide range of channels: emails, SMS, social media, website, landing pages, packaging, paid ads, print collateral, and more. You should be confident working across formats, with strong skills in layout design, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, as well as photo and video editing for digital campaigns.
You’ll help shape the creative strategy behind our campaigns—bringing fresh ideas to the table and translating them into smart, on-brand design. You’ll play an important role in evolving each brand’s visual identity, refining how we show up across channels, and raising the overall bar on design quality, consistency, and storytelling.
This role reports to our Creative Director and collaborates closely with the acquisition and retention marketing teams. Your work will directly influence how our brands attract, convert, and build loyalty with customers—playing a key role in both daily performance and long-term brand growth.

What You’ll Do:
- Design Email Campaigns Across Flows and Blasts: Create high-converting, on-brand email designs for both automated flows and one-time campaigns. Work closely with the retention team to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and performance across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop Creative for Organic Social: Design static and short-form video assets for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic while tailoring content to drive engagement and community growth.
- Design SMS Campaign Assets: Build clean, concise creative assets for SMS campaigns that grab attention and convert quickly—aligned with email, paid, and landing page messaging.
- Support Website and Landing Page Design: Design and update on-brand visuals for websites and landing pages across three brands. Collaborate with web and retention teams to improve UX, increase conversions, and support campaign launches.
- Produce High-Impact Paid Ad Creative: Concept and design digital ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms. Optimize creative for testing, performance, and scale while maintaining visual integrity across placements.
- Design Print and Packaging Collateral: Create physical assets including sell sheets, event signage, shipping collateral, and retail displays. Collaborate on packaging updates that elevate the unboxing experience and reinforce brand identity.
- Edit and Retouch Photos for Marketing Use: Source, edit, and retouch product and lifestyle imagery for use across digital and print channels—ensuring high visual standards and brand consistency.
- Edit Video Content for Social Media: Cut and optimize short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, aligning with performance goals and platform best practices.
- Collaborate Across Teams and Brands: Work closely with the Retention and Acquisition teams, as well as the Creative Director, to ensure visual consistency, align on strategy, and deliver polished assets on schedule.

You’re also comfortable editing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to align with campaign goals and platform trends. Experience creating motion graphics.
- Cross-Channel Design Versatility: You’re able to switch seamlessly between designing for email campaigns, landing pages, print collateral, and packaging. Your ability to adapt brand systems across formats is a key strength.
- AI-Enhanced Creative Workflow: You’ve worked with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT to support ideation, content generation, image manipulation, or more coworkflow automation—amplifying your creative output and efficiency.
- Collaborative and Detail-Oriented: You thrive in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and can take a project from concept through final delivery with speed and precision. You’re organized, proactive, and responsive to feedback.

Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
- 5+ years of professional design experience across digital and print.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Webflow, Relume, and Shopify, and more.
- Experience designing for email, SMS, paid ads, social media, web, landing pages, print, and packaging.
- Skilled in photo editing and retouching, as well as short-form video editing for social platforms.
- Strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and responsive design principles
- Familiar with AI tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT to support creative workflows.
- Bonus for experience in DTC, wellness, or CPG brands with fast-paced creative cycles
- Comfortable using Slack, Google Suite, Notion, and Asana for collaboration and project management.
