Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer in Orlando, FL with a strong background in large-format printing, signage, and production design. You will support internal design requests from concept through production, including preparing artwork for high‑resolution printing.

The ideal candidate works both creatively and technically, communicates directly with internal customers to clarify needs, and translates requests into production‑ready designs for substrates such as acrylic,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in large-format printing or signage.
• Hands-on experience with large-format printing and production design.
• Experience preparing designs for acrylic, aluminum, PVC, and similar substrates.
• Strong understanding of high-resolution printing, contour/cut lines, file setup, and prepress.
• Strong file manipulation and production artwork skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator.
• Experience working on Mac computers.
• Ability to translate requests into finished creative work and communicate with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork for large-format and high-resolution printing.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in large-format printing, signage, and production design. This individual will support internal design requests from concept through production, including creating and modifying artwork for signage, events, environmental graphics, and other print applications.

The ideal candidate understands both the creative and production sides of graphic design. They should be comfortable working directly with internal customers to understand design requests, manipulating existing files, and preparing artwork for high-resolution printing across materials such as acrylic, aluminum, and PVC.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within large-format printing, signage, or a print-production environment.
• Hands-on experience with large-format printing and production design.
• Experience preparing designs to be printed for substrates such as acrylic, aluminum, PVC, and similar materials.
• Strong understanding of high-resolution printing, contour/cut lines, file setup, and prepress preparation.
• Strong file manipulation and production artwork skills.
• Proficiency Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Experience working on Mac computers. (will be using Mac setup)
• Ability to communicate directly with internal customers, clarify design needs, and translate requests into finished creative work.
• Ability to balance creative design with the technical requirements of print production.

PLUSSES

• Experience with printing ERP tools (Web CRD, Infigo, XM Pie)
