We are looking for a creative, hands-on graphic designer who enjoys seeing their designs come to life! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in print design, experience with a variety of design programs, and a portfolio that showcases their creativity. This position is a little different from your typical graphic design role. We need someone who is just as comfortable working on a design as they are rolling up their sleeves and helping bring that design to life in our wide format and sign production department.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching logos, graphics, and designs for a variety of print, sign, and wide format projects.
• Work with customers and our team to turn ideas into finished products that look great and meet customer expectations.
• Prepare artwork and files for production, making sure designs are accurate and ready to print.
• Learn to operate wide format printing and finishing equipment and assist with production as needed.
• Be willing to jump in and help with everything from printing and cutting to assembling and finishing signs and graphics.
• Stay up to date on design trends, new technology, and creative ideas that we can bring to our customers.
• Work as part of a team to keep jobs moving and meet deadlines.
