Merch is seeking a Creative Designer to turn client briefs into production-ready art for apparel, packaging and promotional items. You will design merch, build mockups and craft compelling client presentations.

The role involves creating social and brand visuals, collaborating with a small fast-moving team, and contributing to production-ready art across multiple formats.

Qualifikationen

• Portfolio of design work in brand, product, apparel, packaging or social.
• Fluency in Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma and AI tools a plus.
• Experience producing art for apparel, packaging or merchandise.

Merch.com designs custom swag, promotional products and corporate gifts from scratch for companies, and ships them worldwide. We run production on three continents, our own design studio, warehousing, kitting and fulfillment, and branded company stores, all on software we build ourselves. We are a small team that moves fast and gives people real ownership.

You turn client briefs into merchandise people actually keep. Apparel, drinkware, bags and packaging. You make the mockups and presentations that win the order and the production-ready art that gets it made, and you use AI image tools to move faster.

What you will do

• Design merch for client programs, from first mockup to production-ready art
• Build the mockups and presentations our team sends to clients
• Make social and ad creative for the Merch.com brand

What you bring

• A portfolio of design work in brand, product, apparel, packaging, print or social (school, internship and freelance work all count)
• Fluency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with Figma and AI image tools a plus
• Art for apparel, packaging or merchandise that went to production, or a working knowledge of screen print, embroidery or DTF (a big plus)

Pay. $65,000 to $80,000 a year, with real room to grow in pay and in scope as the studio grows.
