Position Type: Full Time, Exempt (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends required)Direct Supervisor: Communications DirectorPosition Summary: The Graphic Designer serves as a visual storyteller for Shades Mountain Baptist Church by transforming ministry goals into compelling creative communications that help people engage with the gospel. This role is responsible for designing and producing high-quality print, digital, and environmental communication materials while protecting and strengthening the church's visual identity.
