Job summary

Christ Covenant Church is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Communications Team. This role focuses on visually communicating the gospel and church life across platforms, requiring creativity, collaboration, and strong design skills.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, and comfortable with Canva, with a passion for serving the local church and mission. Bachelor’s degree in design and 2+ years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (design-related field) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Branding: maintain brand consistency and art direction; design all digital and print materials; manage fonts/colors and brand elements.
• Designing: create graphics for screens, print, web, social media, and video; support video editing graphics; assist with signage and facility graphics; collaborate from concept to execution.

About the role

Christ Covenant is looking for a talented and mission-minded Graphic Designer to join our Communications Team. This role exists to help visually communicate the beauty of the gospel and the life of our church across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative and collaborative, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and has an eye for beautiful and effective design. This person also has a deep love for the local church and a desire to use their design skills to serve the mission of Christ Covenant.

What you\'ll do

Branding

• Maintain brand consistency and art direction from the Communications and Creative Director
• Design all digital and print materials against the established brand guidelines
• Managing staff access and usage of fonts colors and brand elements

Designing

• Design graphics for a variety of mediums—including screens, print, web, social media, and graphics for video for all ministries and church wide initiatives
• Supporting graphic design needs for video editing and creation
• Supporting visual communications needs for building and facility needs (eg: signage, etc)
• Supports creative projects from concept to execution, in collaboration with the Communications and Creative Director.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree (design-related field preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
• Needs to be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Canva
