We are seeking a vibrant and innovative Consulting Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Tech Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions with high visual impact. Responsibilities include designing graphics for websites, mobile applications, digital platforms, and marketing materials across various products like websites, books, magazines, packaging, exhibitions, and corporate identity. A deep understanding of modern design trends and proficiency in graphic design software are essential.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and produce high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with the team to launch projects.
• Create drafts, models, and prototypes using various techniques.
• Produce final designs such as logos, banners, and interfaces.
• Pitch creative ideas to enhance projects.
• Support multiple projects with special design tasks like color correction.
• Incorporate feedback from leaders to improve work.
• Provide guidance to less experienced designers and share knowledge.
• Ensure all designs align with brand image and meet usability and website standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and others.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating illustrations or graphics.
• Knowledge of design techniques like prototyping.
• Understanding of visual elements such as layout, typography, and fonts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
• Ability to meet deadlines while collaborating.
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field is a plus.
• Experience in UX design is highly desirable.
