The ideal candidate is curious, dependable, and comfortable working with teams across the organization to turn ideas into effective visual solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop creative solutions that support project objectives.
  • Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure materials meet regulatory requirements and follow established approval processes.
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining design quality, brand standards, and project goals.
  • Coordinate with printers, vendors, freelancers, and other external partners as needed.
  • Maintain organized project files, brand assets, templates, and archived materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
  • Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Five or more years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Must have Digital portfolio of design work.
  • Proven experience creating marketing materials across print and digital platforms.

  • Resourceful problem-solving and willingness to seek out information and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Receptive to feedback, revisions, constructive criticism, and changing priorities.
