We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support the creation of visual assets for training materials. In this role, you’ll collaborate with instructional designers and other team members to develop clear, engaging graphics that enhance the learning experience across a variety of formats, including eLearning modules, slide decks, and job aids.

This is a great opportunity for a designer with strong visual storytelling skills and an interest in adult learning. You should be comfortable working independently, able to turn around assets quickly, and responsive to feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Design clean, professional graphics to support training materials (e.g., infographics, icons, layouts, templates, and visual elements)
• Format and refine slide decks, handouts, and eLearning visuals in alignment with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with instructional designers to understand learning objectives and create visuals that support content clarity and engagement
• Make edits based on feedback and ensure files are organized and delivered in the appropriate formats
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines, often across multiple projects

Start Date: May 28th

Duration: Through September

Hours: Full-time for the first 2–3 weeks, then part-time/project-based as work becomes available

Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, with a focus on visual support for training or instructional content
• Strong portfolio showing examples of design work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and PowerPoint
• Ability to follow brand/style guidelines while also thinking creatively
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• A background check is required for the selected consultant

NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions

The pay range for this is $45.00 to $55.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
