This full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position is based at our Support Team Office in Baton Rouge, LA, and reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
The Graphic Designer will bring the CC's brand to life across digital and print channels, including social media, paid advertising, email, web, menus, in-coffeehouse and drive-thru signage, and promotional materials. This hands-on role will develop creative concepts and coordinated assets for seasonal promotions, limited-time offers, product launches, loyalty initiatives, and new coffeehouse openings.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing engaging visual content, creating simple motion graphics and video overlays, and adapting system-wide creative for local markets, franchise partners, and community activations while maintaining brand consistency. The role will also help maintain and improve brand templates, design systems, and creative toolkits.
The Graphic Designer will prepare and proof production-ready files for digital and print, ensuring proper dimensions, bleed, resolution, and platform specifications. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with production vendors, organizing photography and creative assets, managing revisions, and ensuring files are easily accessible for future use.
This position collaborates closely with the Marketing Team and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate, high-quality creative on schedule. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, stay informed on relevant design trends, and identify opportunities to improve creative quality and workflows while supporting business growth.
