Responsibilities

• Create fresh, brand-consistent designs for flyers, sell sheets, point-of-sale materials, presentations, signage, email graphics, social media, and customer-facing collateral.
• Help turn ideas into polished visuals that support sales, marketing, customer presentations, and internal business needs.
• Update existing materials, resize graphics, prepare production files, and ensure every detail looks sharp before anything goes out the door.
• Support in-house production needs such as printing, trimming, mounting, organizing, and preparing materials.
• Keep creative files, templates, logos, images, and project assets organized and easy to access.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and design needs.

For more than 122 years, coffee has been at the heart of who we are. Now we are looking for a creative, detail-loving Graphic Designer to help bring our story, products, people, and customer experiences to life through eye-catching print and digital design.

What You’ll Do

• Create fresh, brand-consistent designs for flyers, sell sheets, point-of-sale materials, presentations, signage, email graphics, social media, and customer-facing collateral.

• Help turn ideas into polished visuals that support sales, marketing, customer presentations, and internal business needs.
• Update existing materials, resize graphics, prepare production files, and make sure every detail looks sharp before anything goes out the door.
• Support in-house production needs such as printing, trimming, mounting, organizing, and preparing materials.
• Keep creative files, templates, logos, images, and project assets organized and easy to access.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to understand project goals, timelines, and design needs.

What We're Looking For

• A creative eye, strong attention to detail, and pride in producing clean, professional work.

• Experience or coursework in graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or a related creative field.
• One to three years of design, production design, internship, freelance, or similar creative experience preferred.
• A portfolio showing layout, typography, branding, color, and design fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Comfort with print production basics, file setup, sizing, image resolution, bleeds, and digital file formats.
• A positive, collaborative approach with the ability to take feedback, ask good questions, and manage multiple small projects.
• Experience with Canva, social media graphics, large-format printing, photography editing, or marketing materials is a plus.

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation range: $41,000 to $58,000, with placement based on portfolio strength, relevant experience, Adobe and production skills, internal equity, and business needs.
